OpenClaw Assistant is a private, self-hosted personal assistant operated by one individual (the "operator") solely for the operator's own use. It has no other users.
With the operator's explicit consent through Google sign-in, the application accesses the operator's own Google account data: Gmail messages (read and send), Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Contacts.
Data is used only to carry out tasks the operator requests, such as summarising email, creating calendar events or searching files. Data is processed on a server controlled by the operator. Some content may be sent to a third-party language model provider to generate responses, subject to that provider's terms.
Access tokens are stored encrypted on the operator's server. No data is sold, shared with advertisers or disclosed to any other party. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, market research or to train generalised machine-learning models.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored tokens can be deleted by the operator from the server at any time.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the operator at sg2608@gmail.com.
